Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid Superstack plans — including Pro ($12/month) and Team ($16/seat/month) — come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

This guarantee applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in one of two ways:

  • Email: Send a refund request to Contact us with your account email and the reason for your request.
  • Dashboard: Cancel your subscription via Settings → Billing in your Superstack dashboard, then contact us to confirm the refund.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed through Polar, our payment provider. Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

What Happens After a Refund

Upon receiving a refund:

  • Your account is immediately downgraded to the Free tier
  • Your data and project configurations are preserved
  • Cloud features (sync, dashboard, team collaboration) become unavailable
  • You can continue using the Free plan (1 optimized project) at any time

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. After the 30-day window, no prorated refunds are issued for partial months. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After the 30-day window, no refund is available for the remainder of the annual term. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual billing period.

Free Trial

The Free tier is always free and does not require payment. If you are on a free trial of a paid plan, no refund is needed — simply cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:

  • Evidence of abuse or manipulation of the refund policy
  • Fraudulent activity on the account
  • Chargebacks filed with your payment provider without contacting us first
  • Repeated refund requests indicating policy abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
